Lords Point, Matheran

Lords point is close to Charlotte lake. A route with steps goes from the Pisarnath temple towards Lords point. This is a small point with views of Prabalgad. Charlotte lake, Pisarnath and Lords point are all close to each other. However there is not much to see from here except westward view like other points. Once can take a short rest below the trees around this point. It is a perfect place for rest along with monkeys.

A person will show you some points from here through his telescope in exchange for money. However the points are basic. One can even see if one has a good zoom camera. the points are Kalavantin durg, Shivaji Maharaj statue, ladder used by villagers to climb to collect honey, villages at the base of Matheran, cave like structure at the cliffs of Louisa point.
